DEFINITIONS - In these conditions the expression 'the product' refers to any manufactured/supplied item, drawings/designs produced by Impress Sign Design Print  for the Customer.

COPYRIGHT -Impress Sign Design Print  reserves the right to Copyright all drawings & layouts until such time as this passes to customer on full & final payment of relative invoices.

On full payment of the final invoice the right to Copyright the design passes to the Customer.

If you do not order Impress Sign Design Print reserve the right to Copyright any designs indefinitely. If these terms are broken Impress Sign Design Print will issue you an

invoice for designs, drawings, surveys & consultations. Under copyright law there must be a significant difference between our designs & those that you may use, for example a change of

fonts or slight difference would put you in breach of copyright law & in that instance an invoice would be issued.

Initial designs are mainly for quoting purposes & if the design is not used we do not charge for this but if after being quoted the customer asks for any alterations design fees will apply after

the first 15 mins, be sure only to ask for adjustments if you wish to go ahead with the design or product or both. Impress Sign Design Print do not design, print, manufacture or install

any image/product/item free of charge.

CONFIDENTIALITY - Both parties undertake to keep confidential all information which is either designated as confidential by the disclosing party, or which is by its nature to be regarded

as confidential whether written or oral, that its respective employees, agents or sub-contractors shall have obtained or received in the course of negotiations or completing the contract.

Disclosing prices or our designs & layouts to our competitors is deemed in breach of the above.

FORCE MAJEURE - Neither party will be liable to the other party for any delay, or failure to perform its obligations, as a result of any cause beyond its reasonable control including, but

not limited to, any industrial dispute.

NOTICES - Any notice, request, instruction or other document to be given hereunder shall be delivered by hand, or sent by first class post, to the addressee's registered office.

COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS - Impress Sign Design Print shall ensure that when any of its obligations are performed on the Customer's premises, all

reasonable rules and regulations in force, and made known by the Customer to Impress Sign Design Print, are complied with by Impress Sign Design Print.

PAYMENT - On confirmation from the customer to proceed with at the agreed costings Impress Sign Design Print Sign will require payment with order from all occasional customers.

Account holders will be issued an invoice shortly after delivery or fitting of the finished product for full or outstanding balance.

CANCELLATION - The Customer can cancel the contract or order at any time in writing without giving any reason or any notice period. At such a time as a written notice to cancel the

contract is received by Impress Sign Design Print an invoice will be issued to the Customer for any work completed to date based on a reasonable hourly rate &materials processed &

work already undertaken. Upon cancellation of the contract or order for any reason, the Customer must destroy all relating information supplied by Impress Sign Design Print on the

product whether in written or electronic form.

NON-PAYMENT - In the event of non-payment by the Customer, Impress Sign Design Print, at its discretion, may elect to treat the contract or order as cancelled or continue the

contract or leave products in place as long as it sees fit and seek continuing or final payment from the Customer until the contract or order is cancelled by the customer in accordance with

these Conditions.

ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF Impress Sign Design Print UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE

NOT PAID FOR IN FULL, STORAGE OF THOSE PRODUCTS & IF REQUIRED THE RE-FITTING ONCE THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN PAID FOR, WHETHER VOLUNTARILY

OR BY COURT ORDER.

NO AMENDMENTS OR ALTERATIONS TO THESE CONDITIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UNLESS AGREED IN WRITING.

Impress Sign Design Print reserve the right to place a small  Advert on any large sign or vehicle, if you the customer does not want this the impress reserve the right to increase the invoice

by a minimum of 10%

THESE CONDITIONS APPLY IN SUBSTITUTION FOR ANY PREVIOUS CONDITIONS.

By receiving an email from Impress Sign Design Print or confirming receipt I declare I have read,

understood & agree with the above

terms & conditions. I also confirm I am authorised to confirm this on behalf of my/the/company or the customer.
